Annio Santorini

Amazing location with stunning views over the Caldera without the crowds of Oia. We stayed in the small budget cave which was very comfortable and had plenty of room with a balcony which had unobstructed views. The staff were friendly and able to accomodate any requests including late check-out. Great location with many restaurants and shops nearby, Fira town was 20 minutes walk and Oia was 2 hours walk away, though we found Imerovigli more beautiful than Oia and much less crowded so we spent both sunsets on our balcony and then went for dinner close by. There was a bus stop in walking distance too. Would 100% recommend

Me and My husband were in santorini for 3 days and stayed at annio flats, the location was amazing, the room had the perfect view for sunset absolutely loved everything, the host was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Would recommend Annio if you are looking for the best sunset view and peaceful time that is not too crowded. Thank you Mlkis and Georgia for making our stay extremely pleasant.Overall our experience was great and comfortable!! Would always recommend this place.

Wonderful view of the cliff. Beautiful sunset Can be seen directly from the terrace of the room. No need going to Oia. A small supermarket is very close by.

Annio Flats is in an excellent location with many great restaurants and cafes around.The room is really clean, and it also has a beautiful sunset & view of Santorini from the balcony! Receptionist Mikey was friendly and informative. He gave us recommendations of local restaurants and things to do.

Georgia, our host, was fantastic she helped sort out any issues and organise our transfer back to the airport and a day trip on a catamaran. She resolved any minor issues we had and nothing was too difficult. Her can, friendly and caring attitude made a really positive difference to our stay at Annio Flats.

Georgia, the hostess, was friendly and welcoming and catered for our every need. She met us from the taxi and helped us to ur room and explained everything. The view is exceptional/amazing - viewing the sunset every night away from the crowds from the comfort of our terrace. Terrace overlooking Skaros and Caldera was breathtaking. Many great restaurants nearby but also within easy walking distance of Thira.

This place is spectacular and views are amazing. The family that runs this place are more than accommodating and make the trip perfect from start to finish. It is a 20-25 minute easy walk to FIra, right on the path to Oia for the hike. There are a few small grocery stores within walking distance and restaurants. Loved Rare. Rooms nice and basic with refrigerator and stove. Very clean. If you any a great place to stay away from crowds of people wi th awesome views, this is it. Don’t hesitate to book. It’s stunning!

A fantastic experience! On arrival, staff helped us carry the luggage down to the hotel, where we discovered that they had upgraded us to the best suite available - a one bedroom apartment with a huge terrace with a tub/jacuzzi. The view from any room is absolutely spectacular, right in front of the sunset. We also had the most peaceful sleep of our holiday, absolutely no noise. The room was clean, well kept and overall had 0 issues. On top of that, the manager is super kind. Highly recommend it.

This is a prime location in between fira and oia. What I loved the most was how helpful and caring Georgia is. Our flight arrived very delayed and late (past midnight). However, Georgia was able to arrange transportation and allow a very smooth check in process. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Stunning location, great price, and with perfect caldera sunset view. The owner, Georgia, was super friendly, upgraded us to a suite with a hot tub, and helped organize airport pickup and drop off. She and her family has owned the property for 3 generations so it had a nice local vibe.
