Two of them are cave houses and were built at the end of the last century, lodging Chrisostomou family. During the last years, the family built nine more apartments. Georgia was a fantastic host - met us from the taxi and catered for our every need and went beyond. We had been let down by another property and had to book two extra nights after this booking at short notice and she ensured we remained in the same room and on check out let us stay beyond check out time to match our next destination.

Amazing Location. Better than Fira and Oia for the sunsets. Close to restaurants and markets in Imerovigli. It was also very well kept. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen served our purpose and the family that ran it were wonderful.

This is certainly the location to be in Santorini. I’d say there are better views here than almost anywhere else, and for a better price than others. The owners/staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing plenty of advice.

There were a few things that stood out with this property. First is the host, Georgia. She was an absolute delight to work with - always asking if we needed anything, great communication and just so very kind. Second is the view! Wow! The setting is gorgeous! No need to go to Oia to watch the sunset. You can enjoy that right from the outdoor space at your room. Third is the room layout. It has a nice living area and small kitchen along with an ample bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect.

Stunning location, great price, and with perfect caldera sunset view. The owner, Georgia, was super friendly, upgraded us to a suite with a hot tub, and helped organize airport pickup and drop off. She and her family has owned the property for 3 generations so it had a nice local vibe.

Georgia, our host, was fantastic she helped sort out any issues and organise our transfer back to the airport and a day trip on a catamaran. She resolved any minor issues we had and nothing was too difficult. Her can, friendly and caring attitude made a really positive difference to our stay at Annio Flats.
